Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees on any shortformen plan. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, we'll issue a prorated refund for the remaining months — no questions asked.

Yes. When you click "Start Pro Trial," you'll get 14 days of full Pro access — completely free. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the 14 days, you can choose to subscribe or return to the Starter plan. You'll never be charged without your explicit approval.

We offer a 30% discount for verified students and educators. We also run seasonal promotions, particularly in January and during creator industry events. To apply for a student discount, email hello@gourmetflavorpairing.com with your student email address or institutional affiliation. Our team will verify and apply the discount within 24 hours.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (for annual Studio plans). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also accept PayPal for monthly subscriptions. For Enterprise plans, we can issue invoices in USD or JPY.

Yes, always. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro, or Pro to Studio, at any time — and the pricing difference will be prorated immediately so you're never paying for unused time. Downgrading is also available at any time, effective from the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved when you change plans.
